Justice Jagot found Peptide Clinics Pty Ltd (Peptide Clinics) (now in liquidation) had contravened several provisions of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) (TG Act), including making claims that breached the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code.
